Payroll Administrator - Wrexham (LL13) - £25,000 per annumAbout the Company The client is a global Precision Engineering & Manufacturing business who provide integrated manufacturing solutions for Aerospace, Defence, Medical and other related industries. Based within the finance department, they have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team.Payroll Administrator - Requirements * Possess extensive payroll processing experience* Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong written and verbal communication.* Good IT skills including Microsoft Excel.* The ability to work in a team and individually* Sound decision-making and absolute confidentiality* Ability to remain calm under pressure.* Systematic, methodical approach to work with the ability to prioritise tasks.* Excellent problem-solving skills.* Highly motivated to work using own initiative.Payroll Administrator - Responsibilities * Maintenance of Employee records* Maintenance of Time and Attendance System* Processing Monthly Payrolls across the Group* Setting up and completing BACS Payments* Dealing with all HMRC data and information reporting* Preparing P11ds* Processing and administration of Company Pension scheme* Undertake account reconciliations as required* Ensure monthly processing deadlines are met as required* Simple, KPI reporting* Supporting Company Payroll ongoing projectsPayroll Administrator - Working HoursMon-Thurs 8am-4:30pm, Fri 8am-1:30pm37.5 hours per weekHybrid working is also availableAbout Us Detail2Recruitment acts as an employment agency in respect of this position.
