Our mission is to deliver and deploy professional housing support and high-level mental health services across the East Midlands, if you're an expert withing the Supported living or Mental Health sector and have worked within the confines of the Mental Capacity Act then this could be the role for you.

Joining us now at an exciting transitional period of change you will be empowered to develop and lead a team of 8 successful Service Managers who are committed to delivering a high-level professional housing related support and mental health services. This role will manage services based across Birmingham, Peterborough, and Warwickshire. The services you will lead provide both scheme based and community-based support with a focus on supported living and mental health service provisions. Your leadership will enable us to deliver a quality service ensuring compliance and maintaining positive working relationships with the Local Authority and other partnering agencies.

As the lead for the Group on mental health services the impact you will have in this role will be significant, and the socially added value high. You will be empowered to help tender for new business, re-tender existing services and develop our current services with an ongoing focus on continuous improvement. This role will also require you to carry out service audits, develop budgets, all whilst managing risk in your services. To ensure success your visibility will be required between your services.

We are committed to expanding and improving our service offerings, to be successful it is essential for you to have significant knowledge of mental health provisions and to be confident working within the confines of the Mental Health Act. An understanding of the TEC services association and accreditation, alongside a working knowledge of safeguarding procedures is essential.

This role is offered on a permanent 36.25hr per week basis, whilst primarily working from home you will be required to be regularly visible at your services. If you have a background in mental health and believe you have the experience to become our Senior Services Manager, please apply now.
