Communicate are partnering with an internationally well known FMCG client in West London, as they look to bring on an established Payroll Specialist.
This role is part of a team and will report into the Payroll Manager. Payroll is outsourced so this role will be processing and reviewing data before it is sent to vendors. This is not an in-house payroll role.
- 3-5 years' experience in payroll,
- Experienced in managing EMEA regions, or another multi-territory region with different legislations (APAC or LATAM)
- A clear communicator who handles change well and who can manage up to 40 vendors,
- Strong Excel or other systems experience is essential,
- Available to be in the office (West London) 1 x a week,
- Further education would be advantageous (CIPP, CIPD for example),
