Creative Design AdvisorWe are looking for a Creative design advisor to join our growing team! Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Senior Advisor, the Creative Design Advisor is responsible for overseeing the visual brand of Frontier Economics and producing or commissioning consistently on-brand materials. Responsibilities include:• Review and develop our visual brand to ensure it remains fresh, relevant to clients and true to Frontier• Develop effective firmwide brand training and toolkits to enable understanding of the brand.• Monitor visual brand across our internal and external outputs to ensure consistency and alignment• Oversee the end-to-end creative production process of multiple projects within budget• Manage project stakeholders, keeping teams updated on progress• Provide in-house design resource, designing and producing on-brand marketing• Develop designs for high quality document templates for Word and PowerPoint• Create new design styles and ways of communicating complex data• Be a point of contact between practices and design agencies• Establish robust processes to manage design workflow internally and through agencies.• Delegate and supervise design tasks through team co-ordinators.• Work with Senior Advisor to develop a plan to effectively scale up design and document production• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external design agencies• Where needed, find and approach new design agencies to work with• Work with the facilities team and the Senior Advisor to guide on the visual brand elements of new office spaces and refurbishments• Ensure activities that fall under your management are managed well and measured to ensure continuous improvements can be made• Maintain central store of design assets so they can be easily accessed by others in the team as needed• Work in line with the firm's values to promote and develop Clients related activities across the firm.Essential Experience• Advanced PowerPoint / Word skills (MS Office), including strong working knowledge of templates and masters• Advanced InDesign / Illustrator / Adobe / Photoshop• Confident with camera operation; experience editing and producing video• Creating marketing communications materials in various formats (digital and print)• Practical experience of working to brand guidelines• Effective management of supplier relationships• Working with and advising senior people• Worked within teams and across various levels of accountability• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines• Confident to challenge and share innovative ideas• Strong time management and the ability to prioritise independentlyDesirable Experience• Design experience within a professional services environment• 'Nudging' visual brands to ensure design stays fresh and interesting• Knowledge and use of corporate social media platforms including LinkedIn and Twitter• Working with a CMS (ideally Umbraco)• Languages - German, French or Spanish• A recognised marketing qualification preferably CIM or equivalent• Knowledge of the Economic Consulting marketBehavioural competencies• Self-Managing- Ability to handle multiple tasks with limited direction• Change orientated - Has a flexible and adaptable approach to problem solving• Judgement- is trusted to make sound decisions• Communication- An open and confident communicator can communicate at all levels• Open - Is approachable and works collaborativelyIn addition to stimulating and thought-provoking project work, we offer numerous benefits to support you inside and outside of work.
