Job: Receptionist

Location: Southampton

Salary: £17,500 - £19,000 DoE

Role:

As a Reception Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact and friendly face to greet clients. Your main priority and focus will be to deliver exceptional Client experience and service.

Our client is looking for a new team member who has a great passion and enthusiasm for helping people and for working well within a close team.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain excellent Client experience and relations
  • Taking full responsibility and management of the diary system
  • Sending follow up correspondence to Clients
  • Preparing for Advisors Client meetings
  • Time and task management of the Advisors
  • Assisting the team when required with Client documents
  • Assisting the team when required with marketing mailings
  • Support at Client events

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Receptionist / Customer Service experience
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Work on own initiative
  • Time management
  • Computer literate, good excel skills
  • Credit control and proven debt collection skills
