The UK Marketing Manager will be a key team member reporting into the UK Head of Marketing, helping to shape the local strategy and implementing annual channel plans.

This role will contribute towards driving and executing the annual marketing plans for 2 renowned Fine Art brands across multiple channels to ensure company growth, product development, and profitability.

Description

Brand Strategy & Planning
  • Help with development of the local marketing strategy and annual plan for the channel to include everyday support of the portfolio, New Product Development (NPD) launches and promotional programmes that deliver against the brand, financial and KPI goals set for the UK Market
  • Help to manage the Fine Art marketing channel budget, ensuring investment is sound and efficient, with best-in-class activations and ROI analysis being the norm
  • Align with global brand plans and category focuses, adapting and overlaying where needed to best fit with UK and customer priorities.

Commercial Support
  • Work with the wider commercial team to develop programmes that build brand growth and support key trade partners
  • Make recommendations and proposals on product assortment, pricing and instore requirements for customers
  • Drive growth and engagement in the omnichannel retail landscape, through the delivery of integrated 360 brand campaigns.

Communication

· Leverage your skillset as a collaborative and open communicator to gain advocacy and positively influence change

· Be the local market channel authority - proven by a comprehensive understanding of trends, consumer and trade needs - ultimately being the 'voice' of the UK marketing team for the Fine Art channel
  • Work closely with relevant Global teams and other key stakeholders, regularly aligning to ensure consistent quality, effectiveness and management of timings for execution
  • Aid in the NPD process, facilitating communication between local and global teams via the brand champion to generate ideas and provide feedback that will benefit the UK market from concept to activation e.g. toolkits and refinements to potential product offerings
  • Build and confidently deliver strategic brand-based presentations to key trade partners, develop and present decks for internal meetings and senior management to include marketing updates, budget reviews and campaign evaluations.

Execution
  • Work collaboratively with other functions to drive retail excellence across the channel, in line with customer needs and brand guidelines
  • Support the management of the channel budget with regular updates to the UK Head of Marketing
  • Work closely with our Resident Artist to ensure a Fine Art first mindset runs through everything that we do
  • Deliver flawless activation of tool kits to support NPD and brand campaigns
  • Work with artists and agencies to bring to life global strategies locally - activating both in-store and online at a best-in-class level.

Profile
  • Bahcelors degree in Marketing
  • Have 3 years + consumer marketing experience
  • have an interest/ Passion for art
  • Be a team player with a positive attitude
