x2 Mid-Level Ruby Developers - Fighting climate change Fully Remote £40,000 - £70,000 I only believe in recruiting for companies that I would actually work for myself and then there is investing in them. I am very proud to not only become an investor in this business but also find them an excellent expereince engineer to join them!
I met with one of the founders a few years ago and a couple of weeks back they got in touch to tell me more about their start up. Not only are the two founders super impressive with the CEO being a lawyer and the CTO who is a legend, full of energy with degrees coming out of their ears and over 20 years in architecting platforms and products and a blockchain expert they are both passionate about climate change and attacking it with a focus on making web3 sustainable.
Following the success of their latest investment round, we are supporting them to grow their team across all parts of the business. They operate in a global, diverse, inclusive environment and are looking for a range of likeminded, motivated and innovative people who have a passion for fixing a broken planet and, together want to build something that has a tangible and significant impact.
They have a number of the most exciting clients and an exciting roadmap ahead.
You:The team is made up of 2 people and you will be hire number 3 and 4 (with another 2 to come after we find you) You'll be a high-impact, self-motivated person comfortable working across a range of technologies. A problem solver, who enjoys engineering challenging, complex systems and services. You'll take pride in your work, and keen to write code that is re-useable, tested, performant and secure. You should have high standards, appreciate best practices and be ethically minded.
If you're keen to work with, and have previous experience working with blockchain technologies with a good understanding of decentralised concepts and architectures I'd love to chat to you
