Credit Controller - Public Sector - Temp to perm £25,000 + £400 Month - Salary with bonus £29,800Start immediately
This role involves telephoning businesses regarding queries and issues with payments. This is not a targeted Collections role - this is a supported process.
Ideally, the successful applicant for this Collections Consultant role will have previous experience in a business to business credit control role.

- Effective collection of overdue accounts daily by phone and e-mail
- Identify overdue accounts & ensure appropriate action is taken
- Dealing sensitively with customers
- Responding to all queries and telephone queries
