Even during these unprecedented times, my client, a global leading financial services organisation is still very much "business as usual". As we move forward they have introduced a new flexible working programme where you only be required to work in the office a number of days a month, with the rest seeing you working remotely from home.
Due to ongoing business developments they are now seeking a Transformation and Change Process Lead. In this role you will be working on of the Transformation and Change agendas, working with colleagues across one of their pension divisions and technology in supporting projects, system upgrades / patches / fixes and performing functional / regression testing.
Allowing you to ascertain an understanding of their processes, in order to gain experience in their systems, you will be further responsible for, but not limited to:
- Supporting various projects/ enhancements/ process improvements & regulatory changes within timelines.
- Managing stakeholder together with building and maintaining ongoing relationships with individuals across the area.
- Gather requirements, execute testing in various environments, resolving defects etc
As someone who is open to change and challenge status quo, you will be someone with a proactive approach to internal relationships, coupled with an analytical, problem solving and enquiring mind and a willingness to learn.
Your experience will have been ideally gained within the financial services regulatory environment and include some level of systems testing and some leadership experience.
