Our client are a leading global marketing services agency within the Digital Marketing sector, working with a portfolio of major brands across a range of data-driven marketing, digital and marketing automation solutions. The business is thriving and they are looking to recruit a Strategic Account Director to head up on major accounts.A critical role within the account management function, you will establish and strengthen the agency's relationship and commercial partnerships with global clients, originating strategy for execution by the delivery teams. You'll deliver client value, satisfaction, renewal and revenue growth as key performance deliverables.Your background will be within marketing services, likely working at an Account Director level or above within a MSP or Creative Agency working on digital marketing solutions and strategy (CX and Martech). You'll have strong B2B marketing experience (this is essential) and will ideally have worked with global clients on international lead generation programmes.Our client operate a hybrid working model with fully virtual working available if required.

Key Skills:
  • Account Director level or equivalent experience, likely with MSP or Creative Agency
  • Digital Marketing Strategy expertise (Martech / Data / CX)
  • Strong B2B experience - ideally working on International Lead Generation programmes
  • Commercial experience (contract renewal & negotiation)
  • Exceptional relationship management and communication skills (verbal & written)
