SF Recruitment are supporting our client in finding a Credit Controller for an excellent permanent opportunity working for a leading business based in Edgbaston. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the credit control function whilst managing a ledger of approximately 400 live accounts. Your duties will include running credit checks, raising invoices, allocating payments, chasing customers for outstanding payments by phone and email, resolving queries and reporting aged debt. My client is looking for an experienced Credit Controller who is able to join the business and hit the ground running. You must have excellent communication skills, have the confidence to communicate internally and externally with people at various levels, have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and previous experience with a computerised accounting software. My client is a well established business based in Edgbaston with an open and friendly culture. You will be working in a hybrid model split between home and office working.
