Philosophy, Religion and Ethics Teacher Needed- Ark John Keats, Enfield

Salary: Ark MPS or UPS (Outer London) £30,663 - £42,164 or £44,263- £47,600 depending on experience. Potential for a TLR for the right candidate.

Start Date: September 2022

Working Pattern: Full-time

The Supply Register are looking to recruit a passionate and knowledgeable teacher to join our PRE team. This is an opportunity to work as part of a highly effective team and learn from excellent teachers and leaders. PRE is a strong subject at AJK, with GCSE and A-Level outcomes demonstrating truly exceptional attainment and progress. Many students choose to continue their study at university as a result of the excellent teaching and curriculum they receive at AJK.

Qualification Criteria
  • Qualified to at least degree level
  • At least a B grades in PRE at A Level
  • Qualified to teach and work in the UK

Responsibilities and requirements;
  • Inspirational and effective classroom practitioners.
  • Knowledgeable of the National Curriculum.
  • Able to motivate, inspire, and engage pupils.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Recent and relevant experience of working with children and in particular in foundation phase.

To be considered for this role you would need to have:
  • Teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS or QTLS)
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Experience teaching school age children

This role is subject to an enhanced child workforce DBS and two references covering the last 24 months.

Flexible and part time working will be considered.
