Claims Handler - £30k / Perm / MaidstoneAn award winning and rapidly growing insurance firm is seeking an experienced Claims Handler to deliver an exceptional customer experience whilst handling claims efficiently and in a pro-active manner. This role offers a great progression route.Duties include: • Handle claims from cradle to grave on both a delegated and non-delegated bases• Review and, if necessary, challenge insurer decisions on liability• Take responsibility for your own claims portfolio• Build relationships with insurers, suppliers and clientsExperience Required: • Experience in providing specialist advice in the insurance market• Excellent client service skills• Ability to gather and analyse information from the client• Ability to persuade and influence
