Accounts Administrator

Full Time permanent - office based role

Mon-Fri 0800-1700

Based - East Grinstead area. Due to rural workplace location it is essential to be a driver and have your own transport

Salary: £25000-£28000 depending on experience plus good company benefits

We are delighted to be assisting our very busy, reputable, friendly and established client as they seek to recruit an accounts administrator to join their team based in a rural location close to East Grinstead

We are seeking a hard-working candidate with a very strong work ethic and 'can do' attitude to join this medium sized and very busy organisation

This role is permanent full time and is office based only

Great opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy workload and who likes to 'roll up their sleeves and get stuck in'

The role / duties

Assist with general administrative duties within the department

Assist with processing orders by phone and e-mail

Production of sales invoicing (Daily / Weekly / Monthly) including end of month tasks

BACS, credit card and cash allocation

Administration of credit control and debt recovery

Purchase ledger invoice processing and payments as required

Database Management tasks

Production and distribution of sales invoices and credit notes

Allocation of receipts to customers and supplier payments on a daily basis

Credit checking, processing and set up of new credit accounts

Input and electronic distribution of purchase invoices and payments

Liaising with customers to ensure all invoices are passed for payment

Providing professional customer service across the group
