My client help the needs of a huge variety of clients helping them create great content, SEO, PPC Campaign, full digital marketing strategy and amazing campaigns. They are now looking for a true pragmatist to work in a dynamic client-oriented environment, leading their UX effort.

You are:
  • Well-experienced in UX design and usability best practices
  • A natural communicator who enjoys client engagement and presentations, both written and verbal
  • Well-organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Experienced in using web analytics tools
  • Experienced in web design and design best practices
  • Experienced with prototyping software and methodologies, such as Axure & Invision
  • Interested or experienced in digital marketing
  • Knowledgeable of basic HTML & CSS
  • Passionate about customer experience and delivering beyond expectations

What you will be doing:
  • Owning the Digital strategy & consultancy offering across your portfolio and managing the wider team
  • Delivering research and information architecture outputs for sites, including sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes, functional specification, etc.
  • Facilitating workshops and meetings with clients and creating specifications to gather information from multiple stakeholders on client and user requirements
  • Delivering the highest level of service to clients throughout the project process, working within the constraints of the project deadlines and budgets
  • Creating an overall vision for projects and communicating these to the client and visual design and development teams
  • Designing user surveys and interview discussion guides to inform outputs
  • Undertaking research activities in all environments, including focus groups, telephone enquiry and in-field surveys and interviews
  • Conducting usability reviews/analysis and competitor analysis
  • Developing and running user testing at various stages of a project using different means, including remote testing, lab testing and contextual testing
  • Creating user personas while understanding and developing user journeys to suit user types and behaviours
  • Presenting, justifying and negotiating your recommendations to clients
  • Collaborating closely with the sales team throughout client engagements, from origination through to successful delivery
  • Working with the UX team to ensure they constantly improve UX practices, controls and operational efficiency
  • Supporting the production director in identifying, implementing and maintaining best practice standards and methods - with the objective of driving quality in the production department
