Principal Planning Officer

g2 are working with a local authority client who are looking for a Principal Planner to join the Development Management team and work on an interesting caseload of major applications, including greenbelt and gypsy traveller sites. This comes at an exciting time for the authority as they have had major investments and funding for the developments in the area.

Major applications would including 50 + units.

This would be an initial 6 month contract, with a mixture of hybrid remote working.

This role is also inside IR35 and starts at £45ph but is negotiable depending on experience.
