Your new role
Reporting to the Director for TA you will join an overall people team of 6 and be responsible for technology recruitment across EMEA. You will position the firm as a disruptive player and attract the upper echelon of the EMEA technology market. You will deliver mid-level to senior appointments, partner with the SLT on current needs and succession planning, balancing agency and direct hiring.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be motivated to work in a change based, high touch tech environment. You will enjoy working with SLT and delivering in a busy environment - you will be managing c20 roles at any one time across EMEA. You will be skilled in attracting top talent for a growing tech firm, in a competitive market.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a base salary of £5,000 - £90,000 depending on your experience and network. You will receive a competitive benefits pack on top of this.
