You'll be working in our brilliant Working Age team. We have clear mission to transform the way DWP delivers customer facing services.
We're building and modernising products and services so that millions of people get better outcomes and have a better experience when interacting with DWP.
In this varied role you'll be working with stakeholders to improve services and outputs.
You'll be responsible for analysing and resolving complex issues, enlisting support and escalating where appropriate, making sure we operate a resilient and stable service. You'll make sure our users are able to effectively and efficiently access and use the services they need.
You will help us manage numerous major services, covering the movement, storage, creation, transition and transformation of data and documents, as well as the provision of one of the largest contact centre environments in Europe.

What skills, knowledge and experience will you need?
Previous experience of IT Service Management supporting digital channels
Experience in managing IT Products / Services in a fast paced, large scale and complex environment.
Knowledge of a Service Management Framework e.g. ITIL.

You'll join us in our brilliant digital hub in Blackpool.
