2nd line Support and D365 Training coordinator - Remote/Hybrid role I am looking for an experience support co-ordinator to join a fast growing facilities provider with multiple offices across the UK. You will be joining a successful company with over £3 billion turnover and who is operating on a global level working alongside market leading businesses.
2nd line support for the UK D365 system Supporting the D365 functional experts on testing programmes Assisting with the creation and delivery of training to the UK finance and operations teams Coordinating and reporting on ticket volumes and associated themes of issues being identified Management of the ERP ticketing system and ensuring prompt and effective resolution to issues raised Skills and experience required:
Previous experience in similar roles Strong knowledge of D365 and Projects Module. The salary range is £30,000 - £40,000 + benefits and remote working.
