Sue Ross Legal are working with a highly regarded law firm who are looking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant to join their Sheffield based property team.

You will be responsible for providing support and assistance to Fee Earners dealing with the full remit of residential conveyancing with duties including;

* Applying for searches

* Drafting contracts

* Progressing files towards exchange and completion

* Obtaining mortgage redemption statements

* Handling exchanges and completions

* Registering titles at the Land Registry

To be considered for this role you will need to have experience gained in a similar position with circa 12 months experience conveyancing (however this is just a guide and candidates with more or less experience may also be considered).

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a firm of solicitors that has a very low staff turnover. This is predominantly an office based role but a degree of remote working is offered.
