Marketing and Account Manager
This is a high profile, diverse and customer-facing role where no two days will be the same!
You will work with some of the most prestigious names in retail, maintaining excellent relationships and supporting buyers and merchandisers to drive sales and growth. In addition, you will manage online brand performance through our website and social media channels, including ongoing development of our website and ecommerce platform.
At the same time, you will collaborate closely with our external partners in PR, digital marketing, and graphic design to commission, create and manage brand and marketing activities globally. This includes asset creation, formulating our marketing calendar and managing campaigns together with our distribution partners.
Your background will include demonstrable B2B and B2C account management and marketing experience gained within a luxury goods/high end brand environment. A natural relationship builder, you will effectively and intuitively manage customer accounts and strengthen our vendor partnerships. You will have an exceptional eye for detail and will use your knowledge and experience to support our retail and distribution partners with merchandising and brand training, ensuring consistency of price and imagery.
Your marketing experience will span designing and commissioning marketing activity, social media and digital marketing, PR campaigns and marketing calendars/events schedules. You will have knowledge and experience of website management and development, including optimising ecommerce performance. You will manage our relationships with external marketing/branding partners and will be adept at working collaboratively, ensuring our partners are able to work as a true extension to our business.
We are a small team, so you will be comfortable with the need to wear many hats! We are looking for an excellent team player who demonstrates creativity, curiosity and a real flair for design and brand development.

Location: Uppingham, LE15 9NY with partial homeworking
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 per week
Salary: circa £35k + 20% performance related bonus
