Page Personnel are excited to be back partnering with this leading and fast growing retailer who are looking for a Studio Coordinator to join their team. This role will be fast paced and will allow someone to add their creative flare to the role.

Description

As a Studio Coordinator, you will be reporting to the Marketing Manager, responsible for coordinating all ecommerce and creative studio shoots covering retail, web and wholesale requirements and acting as the main point of contact for the studio team. Duties will include but are not limited to;

Creating and implementing the shoot annual calendar accounting for retail, web and wholesale business needs.
Oversee the day to day running of the ecommerce studio and maintain communication between the business and the studio team ensuring all work is relevant and on brand.
Produce ecommerce shoot Lists and core sheet referencing for every shoot, ensuring product is shot ahead of bulk date. Update and the product logs maintaining stock accuracy with the merchandising team.
Keep track of all products coming in and out of the studio to be photographed, arranging for these to be delivered and returned after each shoot.
Working on creative concepts for flat and on model shoots, producing detailed briefs for shoots outlining objectives and aims ahead of shoots ensuring the campaign needs are achieved. Show a certain creative flair, generate new ideas for brands / create lifestyle scenes within the studio using different backdrops, props etc.
Delivering in studio approved campaign shoot concepts from our branding agency. Pulling together shoot output and shot count briefs for the studio team and arranging briefing meetings ahead of each shoot
Overseeing selects from shoots and contributing towards retouching notes. Working closely with the internal retoucher to achieve end vision before distributing to relevant teams within the business.
Arranging for stock to be delivered and collected for location shoots and working with our branding agency to select the right stock for each model. Helping on location shoots as and when necessary.
Working with the wider marketing team when necessary to arrange stock loans and gifting for influencers.Profile

To be considered for this role, you must;

- Have previous experience within a studio environment

- Have the ability to work within a fast paced environment

- Possess strong communication skills both verbally and written

- Have previous experience within a retail environment (preferred)

Job Offer

£22,000-£25,000 + start date asap + city centre location + hybrid working available + great company benefits
