Workday Data and Reporting Analyst


Remote - UK-based

Up to £75,000 per annum

I am currently recruiting for a Workday Data and Reporting Analyst for an established Financial Services organisation, based in London. This person will join a high-performing team to be responsible for updating and maintaining Workday and other systems supported by the HR team. This role will ensure data integrity and process quality whilst managing the Workday report catalogue, supporting new releases, providing application administration, participating in functional testing for updates, creating and providing analysis and reports, and establishing data audits.

This role includes responsibility for:

Providing subject matter expertise on the: administration, functionality, maintenance, and

effectiveness of Workday system across HR

Design, build and maintain simple to complex Workday reports, including matrix, trended and composite reports, utilising Workday Report Writer

Design meaningful metrics, trends, and analytical insights via Workday reporting

Support from a reporting perspective on upcoming project work

The following technical requirements are essential for this role:

Reporting specific knowledge - c.3+ years in a role dedicated to data and reporting

Release management/testing knowledge in a Workday environment would be beneficial

Experience data mining and creating / optimising operational analytics and data models

Some understanding of ServiceNow and case management

Extensive Microsoft Excel proficiency; including formula and macro experience

Workday report development/troubleshooting is preferred
