IT Service Desk Analyst required by market leading, award winning organisation in Stroud. Our client offers a hybrid working arrangement with flexibility on remote and home-based working. The IT Service Desk Analyst will join our clients service desk team reporting to the IT Services Manager. You will play a key part in enabling the IT function to deliver an excellent customer-focussed service to our clients 800 users.
