ASD Teaching Assistant |Specialist ASD Resource Base as part of mainstream primary school Ealing| West London| Sept start

If you want to give primary school pupils a high quality learning experience, this ASD Teaching Assistant role in Ealing, West London is the one for you.

On site, they have a specialist unit catering to children on the Autism spectrum from EYFS to KS2. Your role will be to support these students, giving them the best possible education and helping them reach their developmental milestones. This is a perfect role for those that want to become Educational/Clinical Psychologists or Speech and Language Therapists etc. The experience gained here has provided many of my candidates, the opportunity to progress and get on to MSc and Assistant Psychologist roles! It is full on, demanding and at points challenging but if you have a genuine desire to make an impact with SEN children, it will be one of the most rewarding experiences to become a part of.

As their ASD Teaching Assistant, the school look for strong academia, a SEN based degree, passion for wanting to work with SEN children and ideally, some form of child related experience to support your application - paid or voluntary.

If you think you are the ASD Teaching Assistant my client is searching for - get in touch! Interviews will be held on a first come first serve basis!
