About our client:
Our client specialises in the fast delivery of secure and high-performance networks to government, corporate and business markets. They install electronics, IT & Communications systems on road and rail transport networks, buses, trains, and emergency service vehicles.
Primary Skills:
Overview
To assist in the technical support to the business: understanding the functionalities of all our clients' hardware and software offerings to be able to advise both clients and their staff. Assist in the development of solutions to meet their client requirements
This will be achieved by
Thoroughly understand the functionalities of our clients' HW & SW offerings (e.g.: DVR's, cameras, sensors, tracking systems, alarms)
Responsibility for all the testing our clients' imported products, mainly DVRs
Liaise with vendors and their development teams as needed
Liaise with automotive manufacturers on electronic information
Draft progress reviews from a technical standpoint of any project,
Assist with any product development- both hardware & script reviews
Providing internal in-house software support as required
PERSONAL SPEC
Experience in Interest In/ Experience
* Windows 7/8/10 Mobile and/or static CCTV
* Active Directory Vehicle telematics
* Window Server Working of a can-bus
* Office 365
* Microsoft Azure Competencies
* VoIP Problem Analysis
* Cloud Platforms Judgement
* Remote support Initiative
Time management
CONTRACT
* Holidays 4 weeks plus bank holidays
* Free/easy parking
* Working Hours 8.30 to 5.00pm Lunch 30 mins
