We're looking for strong analytical Project Analyst / Junior Project Manager. You will be working as part of the team delivering a Santander's HR Digital Transformation Strategy across a range of projects, change request and small business changes
The difference you'll make.
Delivering to the agreed budget, using agreed escalation paths to highlight and formally agree and change required during delivery.
Monitoring and controlling project progress to plan, including identifying risks and issues, tracking project costs, and confirming benefits and associated KPIs.
Working with project governance and stakeholders to ensure outcomes that align to strategic objectives
Creating a positive environment within the project team, fostering new ideas and valuing team and stakeholder contributions
Building and maintain effective relationships with other projects where dependencies exist
What you'll bring.
Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Strong Stakeholder management skills
It would also be nice for you to have.
Experience with Planview and Wave
Experience working in a PMO or Project environment
Good understanding of Governance processes and Risk Controls
Experience of creating and maintaining financial business cases
What else you need to know.
This is a full time 12 month fixed term contract, based in Milton Keynes, offering flexible working between home and the office.
