This rapidly growing Fintech with a presence in 25 countries offering a Financial Service urgently seeks a Customer Service Training and Content Manager.
Remote working only
The training and content manager will focus on delivering training material for the new starters in Customer Service, delivering refresher training sessions on processes and soft skills for existing agents. Also responsible for creating , improving and maintaining content ( FAQs, process documentation etc) to achieve the Customer Service business goals.
The ideal person:-
Prepare training content for new starters and courses
Deliver training sessions and refresher courses
Ensure new hires take on basic CS Training coursesEssential skills:-
2 years+ experience in delivering training
Able to identify learning needs and set learning objectives
2 years + experience within customer services
Knowledge of LMS and CMSBenefits :-
