Electrical Engineer
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000- dependant on exp

We are currently recruiting for an Electrical Engineer to work for a fantastic Telco/Engineering company located in Sheffield. As an Electrical Engineer you will be part of a team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems and components to required specifications.

Key Skills

Installation and Operational maintenance of M&E infrastructure systems, including:

Building Management and Automation Systems,
Fire alarm and Suppression
Security Systems - Access Control, CCTV.
Network Monitoring

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and Auto CAD.

Identify customer requirements.
Design systems and products.
Read design specifications and technical drawings.
Research suitable solutions and estimate costs and timescales.
Liaise with others in the design team.
Communicate with clients and contractors.
Record, analyse and interpret test data.
Propose modifications/variations
Qualify the final product or system.
Service and maintain equipment.
Prepare product documentation, write reports, and give presentations. Must Have:

Relevant technical knowledge and up-to-date sector knowledge
Minimum 5-year experience in similar roles
Knowledgeable in the Data Centre environment
Knowledge of construction techniques, terminology, and documentation (ability to interpret blueprints, electrical one-lines, construction drawings etc.
Planning and organisational skills, such as time and resource allocation
Full UK Driving licence.
