* Led by them

This is an exciting time of transformation, creating opportunities for services to recognise and consolidate what they are doing well whilst driving creativity to radically change service delivery. The changes are locally driven, with the aim of embedding mental health services within the community.

Agencies working with children, young people and families across Norfolk have come together to form the Children and Young People Strategic Alliance, with the shared ambition that Norfolk is a county that every child and young person can flourish. We want Norfolk to be a county where every child can flourish through delivering services in a truly biopsychosocial approach within the 'Thrive' framework to realise the goal of a whole system approach. It will be essential to engage the expertise and passion of clinicians and service users from a wide range of backgrounds to achieve this goal. We need a whole system approach to achieve the ambition of the NHS Future in /mind report and to deliver improved services for young people and their families.
