As a Senior Chat Product Owner you'll own, articulate and oversee the delivery of a clear chat product vision and roadmap that can be continuously delivered in an Agile fashion and adds value to Santander, its customers and users.

Managing the product backlog, prioritise according to business value and lead agile delivery squads to translate backlog items into customer journeys
Using market analysis and data insights to identify growth and development opportunities from a bot and agent messaging perspective
Understanding the fundamental technologies driving the competitive landscape and have a vision on how to leverage in-house and licensed technology to accelerate time to market
Developing metrics, systems, and processes continuously to measure the effectiveness of the experiences we're delivering, and be able to identify opportunities for further
Supporting any new Artificial Intelligence projects within the bank, offering expertise and guidance to help set up new AI projects.
Contributing to the wider Product Owner community and help in the development and mentoring of peers.
What you'll bring.
Extensive Product Owner experience
Proven experience of managing Chatbot, Voicebot or Conversational commerce solution(s)
It would also be nice for you to have.
Good understanding of Artificial Intelligence, machine learning or natural language processing
A strong understanding of how Chatbot & Agent messaging links with Voice, to provide customers a true omnichannel experience
Financial services experience
Previous experience of line management
What else you need to know.
We will be conducting all interviews via telephone or videoconference where possible.
The role entails a hybrid working model. Milton Keynes or London are preferred office locations, however applications from all locations will be considered.
