The difference you'll make.

Ensuring the change / project scope and impact is clear and agreed by the Sponsor before initiation and changes to scope are tracked throughout delivery.

Identifying dependencies with other projects within the portfolio and reflect this in the project plan.

Delivering projects / programmes subject to the highest level of governance within the organisation, as a result of their cost/ impact (typically £5M+ budgets).

What you'll bring.

Experience in a Senior Business & Change Analysis role, with examples of leading change / programme teams and delivering to a business case.

Experience managing cross-functional, multiple location project / programme teams of c.10-20 resources in a matrix environment is required.

It would also be nice for you to have.

Understanding of agile and waterfall project management methodologies with examples of structuring and delivering projects within both environments.

Experience creating and driving delivery of a project / programme communication plan that supports successful delivery of project / programme outcomes.

Experience line managing a team of 1-6 FTE direct reports is required.

Able to both create and deliver presentations to a range of audiences up to Board.

What else you need to know.

This role is currently home based until corona virus restrictions are lifted. Once lifted you will be required to work a hybrid working pattern from home and our offices based in London, Ludgate Hill.
