Senior accountant required to join the Barnsley office of this successful, forward-thinking accountancy practice, to assist the partner in management responsibilities as well case reviews. This is a full time office based role in a friendly, busy practice with a number of offices in South Yorkshire, and is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious candidate looking to further advance their career development.
Qualified up to or above ACCA and equivalent / Qualified by experience
Preferably experience in QuickBooks and Sage.
Primarily the focus will be the responsibility for limited company accounts and reviewing sole trader and small limited company accounts.
The semi senior will also be required to:
* Manage a client list for limited company accounts
* Assist the partner with managerial duties, including staff reviews
* Case reviews
* Provide support to junior staff with their accounts prep
