Business / Revenue Assurance Analyst / Manager (Telecoms)
Compensation: £58K - £68K + 10% Bonus + 10% Pension + Excellent Benefits
What we're looking for, in a nutshell
A Business Assurance / Revenue Assurance Analyst/specialist/manager, with the ability to run multiple projects whilst utilising strong stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience required for the role
Business Assurance Knowledge - you will need a very strong grounding in business/revenue assurance concepts and methodology and risk management domain.
Solution Design - methodology and approach to delivering Assurance/Analytics & Insight requirements. And knowledge of tools and practices used for assuring Non-Usage & Usage or Subscription based products & services
Data Discovery & Analysis - Expert in analytical data analysis and problem-solving, and data reconciliation experience
Agile methodology - general appreciation of the basics of scrum and Kanban
Experience in carrying out detailed analysis across complex and diverse business offerings including contract reviews, billing analysis and end-to-end customer journeys
Strong Risk assessment/management experience of process reviews/audits. Able to review end-to-end complex usage product/service solutions and propose control mitigation solutions.
Ability to articulate complex assurance scenarios to stakeholders up to director level to gain support for complex projects and drive specific outcomes.
Able to carry out root cause management to identify and then implement specific process/people/technology improvements with demonstrable results.Preferred or Good to Demonstrate
Competency in Technology such as:
Hitachi Pentaho and PL SQL for data management
Mobelium RAID for data reconciliation and case management
Qlik Sense for reporting and business insights
Agile Product Owner certification ( SAFE Agilist or SAFE Product Owner)
BQF Lean Practitioner accredited
CISA/CRISC qualifiedAbout the business
