This IFA Administrator job in Tunbridge Wells is available for an individual with experience within finance or pensions.
As an IFA Administrator, you will be supporting their team of Financial Advisors and Paraplanners to provide excellent financial planning service to clients. Some of your duties include:
* Acting as point of contact between clients, advisers and third parties
* Establishing and maintaining electronic client files
* Processing new business applications, maintaining accurate information and recordings transactions
* Sourcing quotations, illustrations and supporting documentation
* Preparing valuations, reports and material for client meetings
* Ensuring that all work adheres to the firm's compliance procedures
* Follow established procedures, systems and templates for processing work
* Act on own initiative to ensure workload is prioritised in a timely manner
* Dealing with post and answering the phone
IFA Administrator Requirements
* You should have 2+ years' experience as an Administrator in an Independent Financial Planning firm
* Financial Services qualifications would be ideal but not essential
* You should be local to Tunbridge Wells

* Salary of £26,000 - £32,000 depending on experience
