We're looking for a talented Accounts Administrator to work for our client.

They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of a similar role in the past.

If that's you then you could be exactly what they're looking for.

Please note: This is a part-time role working 18 hours per week.


The Role:

Reporting to the Accounts Office Manager and based in the company's Yate office, as the Accounts Administrator you will be primarily responsible for various roles including, credit control, checking customer's credit, Purchase Ledger and general management reports for customers.

In the job you'll be tasked with the following:

- Sourcing and agreeing and applying the money exchange iban rates on line to complete international orders

- Reconcile cashbook with bank statements

- Purchase Ledger and credit control duties


The Candidate:

The ideal candidate for this Accounts Administrator role will have relevant experience of a similar role in the past. You'll also need experience of credit control and Purchase Ledger.

Plus, it's vital that you've got experience of managing reports and cashbooks in an effective way as well as producing reports.

In addition, you'll need the following:

- A strong attitude and work ethic

- Good time keeping and reliability skills

- Some previous, relevant experience

The ideal person for the role will be the following:

- Keen and able to make a good impression on our clients

- Able to work autonomously whilst being a productive member of a team

- Skilled in written communication skills
