We now have an exciting, full-time opportunity for an Ad Operations & Programmatic Manager to take responsibility for building out the Campaign Management function & supporting our internal sales teams, external buyers & advertisers' digital campaigns across CV-Library's portfolio of ad inventory.
You will also be achieving revenue growth in direct-sold deals, while working closely with our in-house sales teams. This role also requires the successful candidate to manage & maintain our programmatic offering, supporting, and managing our open marketplace partners through Prebid and Amazon UAM (Unified Ad Marketplace), optimising the ad stack and providing first class reporting to the board.
Ideally, you will have previous experience of working with Ad serving platforms, especially Google Ad Manager (GAM) and of managing multiple clients, either working at a publisher, agency, or tech company
Key Responsibilities
* Working closely with the Sales team, agencies & brands to understand & advise on partner objectives and supporting the development of relevant advertising campaign strategies.
* Liaising with the agency account leads and clients directly to discuss & activate current campaign optimisation plans & recommendations.
* Receiving and testing advertising materials to ensure that assets comply with company specs and display correctly in the appropriate environments.
* Liaising with in-house design team to provide banner creatives for clients where required.
* Supporting and managing end-to end campaign delivery process including directly sold display & programmatic channels.
* Q/A and fully testing all campaign line items, creatives and tracking
* Monitoring delivery and analysing the performance of multiple advertising campaigns
* Executing post-campaign analysis by compiling final reports and insights
* Running pre-sale inventory requests and forecasting.
* Managing CV-Library's Programmatic ad stack
* Liaising with Prebid partners on performance & optimisation
* Building and maintaining external relationships with Google, SSPs (supply side platforms) and media agencies to maximise performance and revenue generation from programmatic sources
* Providing weekly & monthly performance reports to senior management
* Collaborating closely with Advertising Product Teams to provide feedback and support to develop new advertising products
Requirements
* Ideally you will have 2-3 years of ad operations experience preferably on the publisher side.
* Excellent understanding of digital ad tech platforms that focus on ad server and Prebid/Open Marketplace
* Good understanding of SSP (supply side platforms) capabilities, DMP technology and digital ad tech stack
* Working knowledge of PMPs/PGs preferable
* Strong knowledge of digital ad tech market
* Excellent organisation, written & communication skills
* Experience using Google Ad Manager/DFP necessary
* Ability to oversee the execution of planned campaigns to ensure the highest standards are in line with set objectives.
