Adult Store Manager
Location: Waterloo
Shifts: 10:30-7pm. 5 days a week. Monday-Saturday (1 Saturday per month 10:30-5pm)
Salary: £25-30K depending on experience

Are you passionate about empowerment and positivity? My clients store has doubled in size and they require a person who has a love for clothing and will feel comfortable selling toys. They are looking for someone with creativity to bring a new flair to the shop and focus on creating a community around it.
On a day to day basis, you-ll be responsible for representing the brands to customers. You'll work in a small team to ensure customers receive a high level of service and enable the transaction of sales. A key part of this role will be to define our Waterloo store as the go to shop. You'll be responsible for the shop's social and community engagement strategy as well as using your creative flare to build a store experience that makes our customers want to come back and stay longer.

Your job role will include:

· Setting a social and community engagement strategy (including how to engage customers through social media in store)
· Create an exciting store experience (how to make our flagship store fun and engaging). This will include visual merchandising, thinking of how to creatively use space for pop up concepts etc.
· Creating reports and KPIs
· Autonomously creating and executing on an in store events strategy (educational workshops etc).
· Looking for new and creative ways to promote the shop
· Serving customers
· Assisting with store stock deliveries
· Replenishing the stock and helping out to keep the correct stock levels
· Keeping the shop tidy and assisting with other cleaning duties
· Packing and dispatching online orders
· Basic administrative duties

You will need:

· To be open minded
· Comfortable selling adult products
· Creative
· To be analytical
· Being able to work autonomously
· Previous experience in a management role

Within this role you will be responsible for day to day retail duties as well as organising and implementing our community activities.
