A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a client centric and passionate Technical Customer Service Executive professional to support my client who are a thriving technologies solutions company based in Lister Pavilion, Glasgow. This is a temporary opportunity paying up £10 - £12 per hour plus holiday to start ASAP until September 2022 with view for extension and become permenant.

Joining my client's very successful customer service department, you will be a brand ambassador for their clients and hosting brands, bringing a warm and friendly approach and going that extra mile to exceed customer expectations.

Duties include:

Dealing with queries via telephone, e-mail and live/web chat in a fast-paced setting
Managing client accounts and providing solutions
Providing 1st line support - account set up and password resets etc.
Escalation relevant queries to 2nd line support
Generating reports and billings
Proactive follow up on customer escalationsIdeal applicant will have:

Excellent customer service skills
Previous experience in a contact and/or call centre environment
Strong attention to detail
Pasion for technology (this is what they're all about after all)Full training will be given, however the ability to demonstrate previous experience of communicating with customers in high-pressure situations would be advantageous.
