£14.09 per hour (Band 5)
36 hours per week as standard - Monday to Friday
Remote working - 2 days per week

GCSE Maths and English Grade C and above plus a level 5 qualification or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years' recent experience of providing support to post primary aged children or adults with disabilities
Experience of implementing a range of support interventions/reasonable adjustments to meet the needs of
young people or adults with disabilities enabling them to overcome their barriers to education and learning
Excellent MS Office skills
Candidates will be subject to enhanced vetting and compliance due to the nature of this workResponsibilities
To contribute to the development, maintenance, and co-ordination of a range of support services for students with disabilities, learning difficulties or long-term medical conditions to ensure that students can participate fully in their chosen course of study.
To assess the additional support needs of students with disabilities, learning difficulties or long-term medical conditions and implement support strategies in line with the requirements of the student pathway in a busy environment.
To provide a central point of contact for all students and prospective students with
disabilities students with disabilities, learning difficulties or long-term medical conditions.A full job description is available on request
