School Led Primary Tutor Required - Prestwich (M25)

An experienced Primary Teacher/Tutor is required for a primary located in the Prestwich area (Bury) (M25). The school are looking for an experienced tutor to provide support to a selected group of students, who need to raise their attainment in core subjects, as part of the School Led Tutoring grant. The school are looking to employ the desired tutor to start straight away in September 2022 until the end of the academic year 2023.

The school are quite flexible and are looking for either; one Tutor to provide tutoring sessions across KS1 and Lower KS2 four days a week, or two separate tutors, one two days a week in KS1 and the other two days a week in lower KS2.

The school are looking to see CV's ASAP and organise an informal call with the deputy head to discuss suitability for a September start date.

The role:

Primary Tutor as part of the school led tutoring grant
Either four days a week tutoring in KS1 and Lower KS2, or one or the other 2 days a week.
Starting first week back in September for the full academic year
Competitive rates of pay (Up to £150 a day)
Strong focus on Maths, planning will be required but school will give topics and direction.

300 pupils- 2-from entry school.
Ofsted 'Good' 2018.
The school has on-site parking and is easily accessible to those using public transport from the surrounding areas by tram etc.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
