Eclypse Recruitment are looking to recruit a highly experienced home manager for an excellent dual nursing/ residential home in Chichester. The nursing home caters for up to 70 residents in total with the ability to care for nursing and residential care.

We are seeking a highly experienced care home manager with a minimum of 3 years' experience managing an elderly care service. This is a large nursing home we are seeking Home Managers that have managed similar size services ideally you will be a Nurse Manager but not essential as long as you have managed a care home previously you will be supported by a clinical team as Registered Manager.

The role of Registered Manager will include:

Recruiting new staff
Becoming registered with CQC
Marketing & Promotion of the service
Maintaining success and using your experience to continually improveAs the Home Manager you will have:

Have at least 3 years experience in management
Proven track record with CQC
Have high standards of person centered care
Have a good business acumen
