Account Manager- Creative Agency- £30-45k DOE- Hampton, Middlesex
Do you possess a minimum of 2 years' agency experience (PR, Events or Creative), coupled with good working knowledge of the design and print process? Are you passionate about working with big FMCG brands? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.
We are a market leading, full service BTL design and marketing agency, looking to appoint a driven and enthusiastic Account Manager to develop and nurture existing client relationships, as well as getting involved in the exciting new client opportunities coming in.
Previous agency experience is essential for this role.
The whole team are office based, and we all find that this works much better for our overall creative collaboration, team morale and general buzzy energy and mental wellbeing.
The key responsibilities of an Account Manager include, but are not limited to:
Creating full project briefs for our studio creatives, including research and content gathering if required; managing all stages from creative to activation
Developing accurate and detailed estimates and managing budgets as each project progresses
Hosting regular client calls and meetings Be the main point of contact and manage the workflow for all client queries and projects assigned to you.
Ensure that projects are delivered on time and to budget.
Have an excellent eye for detail, recognising when design work is correct and when it needs revisions before sending to the client.
Contacting new and existing clients to secure new projects for the studio. Actively supporting the Senior Management team with new business ideas and strategies for growing the agency.

The key skills and qualities of an Account Manager are:
Be passionate about working with big FMCG brand names.
Enjoy the collaborative/team approach (we love sharing our thoughts and ideas).
Ideally have minimum 2-3yrs agency experience (that can be PR, Events or Creative or even 'Brand-Side' Marketer).
Be able to take advice from peers and also guide those more junior than them.
Have a good working knowledge of the design + print process.
Be able to build strong client relationships and identify new growth opportunities.
Be keen, enthusiastic and friendly.
Be excellent at problem solving, thinking on their feet and juggling (not literally, although we would be impressed if you can juggle whilst riding a unicycle!!).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills and a can-do attitude.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Able to project manage and meet client deadlines.
Good attention to detail.
Excellent English skills.
