Our established client is currently seeking a PR and Social Account Director to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. The successful Account Director will be responsible for creating earned strategies; building campaigns that deliver results; leading the delivery of integrated communication programmes; leading company initiatives; developing your team so they push on to promotions; and supporting the board to grow and nurture new and existing business.

Key responsibilities:

* Creating outstanding PR and communication strategies

* Responsibility for the creativity, accuracy, and verve of all outputs across your clients

* Implementing campaign strategies and plans for consumer and B2B clients, leading annual and monthly planning cycles across clients and building outstanding relationships

* Work closely with the board and wider team to develop slick processes

* Take overall responsibility for running client relationships and your team efficiently whilst driving the generation of creative ideas and content

* Develop creative concepts to drive new revenue and deliver on time, in budget and to an expert standard; seek out new business opportunities and participate in new business planning and pitches with confidence and elan

Key Skills and Experience:

* Delivers effective campaigns and outstanding results

* Creative

* Strong attention to detail and very high personal standards when it comes to quality method and rigour

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to ensure the best outcome for client programmes

* Strong and persuasive communication skills
