Accounts Payable Team Leader - Salary -£28,000 -£35,000 + Excellent Benefits Package - Manchester - Permanent - Hybrid

Partnering with Search, we have an exciting opportunity available for Accounts Payable Team Leader to join one of the UK's biggest Multi-Brand, Multi-Channel Retailer.

Reporting to the P2P Vendor Support Team Manager, you will be accountable for leading and developing a team of Finance Analyst and Assistants in a fast paced shared service environment. A strong contribution to the strategic direction of the BSC

The successful candidate will have detailed knowledge and experience of the end to end Purchase to Pay process gained from working in a Shared Service environment. You will have previous people management experience leading successful teams through change and transformation. Candidate's will have strong stakeholder experience and be build effective relationships with internal and external business partners. Leading change and identifying and mitigating any risks will also be a key element of the role.

Key accountabilities:

P2P/Accounts Payable experience
Previous Leadership experience id essential
SAP
Shared Service experience
Continuous Improvement experience
