This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in a new service for autistic adults in Herefordshire & Worcestershire. Autism West Midlands have successfully secured the contract to deliver a post diagnosis support service for autistic people (over 16 years) commencing summer 2022.
As the Assistant Manager of the service, the post holder will co-ordinate the day-to-day delivery of activities and line manage the staff team. A proportion of their time will involve direct service delivery.
This role will suit someone with experience of supporting adults with additional needs who is looking to develop their skills and experience in management.
Staff will initially be home based in Herefordshire and Worcestershire (or nearby) with occasional travel to office bases in South Birmingham, or Telford (mileage paid)
