Permanent, Part-time (15 hpw), job share

We have a fabulous job opportunity for you to join our awesome Home Achievement Programme Management team as our Client Services Manager. We work closely together towards the same goals and are very passionate about the Home Achievement Programme and its benefits to our customers.

The Home Achievement Programme is fantastic and unique to Home Group. It's a Level 1 qualification and can be a great steppingstone for our customers to potentially move into an Apprenticeship with Home Group or improve their lives by sustaining independent living and learning vital life skills. This is often the customer's first qualification that they achieve which is something for them to be very proud of.

Your role as our Client Services Manager would be to proactively promote the benefits of the Home Achievement Programme. You'll do this through training sessions with colleagues to increase the registrations, to help and support colleagues to deliver the programme to their customers and successfully complete the qualification.

At times you'll be required to write new modules, working with the Awarding Body to ensure that they meet with the criteria.

We empower our customers to develop the independent living skills they need, to successfully move on.

About you

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our small team, so that we can increase the success of the Home Achievement Programme.

As our Client Services Manager, you're passionate and motivated to help vulnerable people make positive and lasting changes to their lives. You'll impress us with your ability to work on your own initiative, positively influencing people from all different backgrounds.

You'll work alongside supported service managers, support workers and services to ensure that they are empowered to deliver the Home Achievement Programme to their customers. You'll also help them to select the correct modules to fit in with the customers' support needs.

To make sure that we keep our records straight, and customers safe, it's important that you are technologically savvy (or at the very least not a technophobe!) You'll be given the latest IT kit, which could include a Surface Pro tablet and smart phone, supported by our new online integrated IT system. This means that you don't have to be in the office as you can complete support plans on the go.

This job is Home Based; however you'll be expected to travel between services. You need to be able to drive, as well as having access to a vehicle insured for business purposes. Don't worry, we'll pay you expenses to cover this use.

When you join, you'll need to have a valid Enhanced Check under the Disclosure and Barring Service. The great news is that we will pay for that to be done if you don't have a transferrable one.

About our team

As our Client Services Manager, you'll work alongside our fabulous HAP Manager Gillian, who has worked for Home Group for 6 years and joined as the Home Achievement Programme Client Services Manager back in 2020.

The expanding HAP team don't just love to support our customers, and our colleagues, we're there for each other too. We are all very passionate about the programme and its potential.

At the moment we're working on a digital platform to host workbooks, customer progress and an extension of the programme in partnership with North of England Working Homes... it is all HAPpening!
