We are currently looking for a Site Welder to join an engineering manufacturer on a permanent basis, providing ongoing training, development, and career progression. The company have been established for over 25 years and provide a well organised working environment with regular overtime available.

They specialise in the design and fabrication of precision engineered castings and machine components. They provide UK wide cover from 3 sites. They have a strong reputation for delivering high quality fabrications to multiple market sectors.

What is on offer to the Site Welder:

£13.50 per hour on days
Hours are Monday to Thursday (phone number removed)pm & Friday 8.00am-3.00pm
Regular overtime available
Generous daily allowance for when working away
Permanent opportunity
Responsibilities of the Site Welder:

Working as part of the site/welding and fabrication primarily (MIG)
Repairing and patching pipework
Hard faced welding on rotas
Construction of barriers
Mechanical work
Travelling throughout the country in company vans to customer sites, upto 3 days per week
Experience of the Site Welder:

NVQ or equivalent qualifications
Full clean driving licence
Competent in reading and understanding drawings
Be able to use own initiative when it comes to problem-solving
MIG/TIG experience to a high level is essential, site welding experience is desirable
Health and Safety conscious
