HRGO Recruitment are recruiting for Hospital Domestic Team Leader in Oxford
Hours of work are:
2 x Team leaders needed to cover 7 days night and days
Pay : £14.42ph paid weekly
DBS certificate dated within last 3 months is required for this role. If no DBS available , we can apply one at cost of £27.
Job Outline:
To support the drive to improve and deliver the quality standards for the soft services on the Churchill Hospital account. Ensure that the service delivery throughout the 24/7 operations, achieves the required standards on a consistent basis
Deliver and drive the performance of the G4S self audit programme to required standards and volume
Manage and drive the performance of the cleaning standards via the Supervisors across the entire 24/7 operations
Support the engagement with Trust Management and Clinical teams to build effective day to day operational relationships
Anticipate and address any quality related service delivery issues that may arise with the Supervisors and Domestic teams
Support the Supervisors with any people performance related issues
Drive innovation and quality improvement across the soft services delivery
Work with fellow Shift Leaders to ensure consistent messaging, approach and objectives across all shifts
