You will get the chance to work with students in small class sizes of up to 6 pupils with 3 Teaching Assistants and a Class Teacher, as well as access to a large playground, soft play room and a sensory room.

As a Teaching Support Assistant you will be expected to provide an outstanding level of support that will enormously contribute to the people we support, living a more comfortable, dignified, liberated and happy life.
Support students in class and other activities that will build their social interaction skills
Supporting students to live independently - budget management, paying bills, housework, organising appointments and cooking delicious healthy meals through a specialised curriculum.
Excellent communication skills/relationship building - supporting the students to understand the world around them and promoting positive relationships.
Community & Social Inclusion - supporting individuals to access and participate in their local community and Social events to promote life skills and individuality.If you have never worked in a similar position before, there will be lots to learn, if you are caring and you believe you are able to build a natural rapport with both students and staff, then we can support you through this.
